Donors

Each year, Birthline sponsors several fund-raising events in order to obtain the needed finances to keep our ministry going. Some of the annual events include:

• Evening for Life
  
• Garden Gathering
  
• Mother's Day Card and Flower Sale
  
• Baby Bottles
  

Other ways to donate to Birthline include individual donations, memorials in memory/honor of someone, through United Way designated funds, through transfers of stock to Birthline, and gift certificates for office supplies.

As a non-profit agency, your donations are tax-deductible. Without the financial help you provide, our work to promote life and abstinence would not be possible. Please prayerfully consider if you can help in this way.

Volunteers

Volunteers are always needed to meet clients. All volunteer mentors are required to provide references and attend a training course. Please call the office for an application or request an application at info@birthline.org

If you have a profession which would be of benefit to our clients-such as law, medicine, psychotherapy, advertising/marketing, computer maintenance/upgrades/networking, etc.-consider offering your services to our center. We also need people to speak to community organizations, churches, and schools on behalf of our organization, to promote life and educate concerning abstinence until marriage.

Client Services Volunteers

This category is made up of all the volunteers who have direct contact with the women and men we serve. The volunteer physicians who provide pregnancy verification also fall into this category.

Training and orientation programs are provided to equip these volunteers for assisting our clients with their special needs. Please contact Birthline for more information on these opportunities.

Auxiliary Volunteers

There's plenty of "behind the scenes" work to keep Birthline in operation-more than we could ever accomplish with our small staff. The Auxiliary Volunteers for Birthline are priceless by providing their assistance with the layette room, mailings, hospitality, and fund-raising event help.
